School Reform

This piece is from the Sunday NY Times Magazine. It is sobering on where we are and also interesting on how Diane Ravitch has taken on the entire movement and seemingly won the battle. The emerging consensus is that the problem is harder than originally considered. That doesn't mean it's impossible, but it does mean much more effort is necessary.
