Notes on Prisoner's Dilemma

Early results from the survey indicate that some students are not connecting the dots in what we are reading. So I wrote these notes up to help a bit with the fairness stuff. I will talk through but not model the folk theorem of repeated games. Then we will recast this from an evolutionary viewpoint.
