First Survey

Linked below is a survey about team function aimed at helping us improve the class. The survey is entirely optional. I am not tracking who submits it. We will do these surveys now and again as a way to make the class better. The results will be shared with the class as a whole, except for the first question that asks for the team you are on. It should take under 5 minutes to complete. It is very brief.
